Did you know, that the highest density of breweries worldwide is to be registered around Bamberg. We don't mean the big industrial breweries, though. No, the many little privat breweries took our fancy.

In every village here a different, delicious beer is brewed by old familyrecipes. Lots of unfiltered 'Kellerbier', but also 'Pils' and 'Weizen' or the for that region famous 'Rauchbier'.

On this tour round the topic beer we meet already on Friday evening. In the pleasant brewery-inn, where we stay for the night, we get in the mood for the next days with a brewery visit.
